Depending on the context, we process personal data because it is necessary to respond to your request, take steps before entering into a contract, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business interests, improve our services, prevent misuse, or because you have given consent where required.
Where UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection applies, we process personal data in line with its principles, including fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation and security. Where GDPR or another data protection regime applies to a specific client or individual, we address those requirements through the applicable contract and data processing terms.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and usage. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure page views, approximate location, device type, browser, traffic source and interactions. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where a consent banner is available, through the choices shown on the website.
6. AI voice agents and client data
When we build or operate an AI voice agent, chatbot or automation for a client, the client normally determines what data is collected from its own customers, staff or leads. In those cases, we usually act as a service provider or processor under the client’s instructions. The client is responsible for ensuring it has the right notices, permissions and lawful basis for its own use case.
We may process technical and operational data to maintain the service, diagnose errors, improve workflows, prevent misuse and support the client. We do not sell client conversation data.
7. Suppliers and subprocessors
We may share data with trusted suppliers who help us host websites, provide email, operate cloud infrastructure, deliver AI services, manage analytics, maintain CRM systems, process payments, provide communications tools or support professional services. Suppliers are expected to process data only for agreed purposes and protect it with appropriate safeguards.
8. International transfers
We are established in the United Arab Emirates and may use suppliers or infrastructure in the UAE, European Union, United States or other jurisdictions. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual commitments, data processing terms or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transport where available, account security controls, data minimisation, supplier review and internal restrictions on who can access client data. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator. To exercise a right, contact us at hello@apisaigroup.com. We may need to verify your identity and understand the context of your request.
11. Business contact data
If you provide business contact information, we may use it to communicate with you about our services, proposals, meetings, project delivery and relevant updates. You can ask us to stop non-essential marketing communications at any time.
12. Children
Our website and services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website.
